Why isn’t 17 allowed in F1?
Fact: The number 17 is not allowed to be used by drivers as a mark of respect for Jules Bianchi. The only driver number in Formula that FIA retired the number. A tribute to honour the late Jules Bianchi. F1 drivers are allowed to choose a number between 2 and 99, which remain theirs for the duration of their career in the sport.
